2015年7月份，日本漫画家创作了《工作细胞》这一作品，并受到广大观众好评，尤其对于血小板人设，拥有极高的人气。2018年在暑期作为7月新番播出TV动画，更加被人们关注，尤其血小板，配音和动画表现十分完好，使无数网友喜爱。同时，某种脑部寄生虫创造在世界上，控制人们的思维，可惜它是个死宅，也喜欢血小板，它要让全世界都爱上血小板！
