Controls: "Engine", brake and steering on arrows
1st gear - numpad 1
2nd gear - numpad 2
3rd gear - numpad 3 ( Don`t know why, but it is the same speed as 2nd gear, but the construction is correct )
Rear gear - numpad delete
Neutral gear - numpad 0
P - to put car on the ground

Swich to neutral gear every time when you want to change the gear.
The construction is strong, so you can do mistake wihout damage for gearbox
