Adds:
1) Characters do not die, instead they are knocked unconcious. From that state they can either be officially killed or healed
2) Dome of Protection can be given by the GM
3) Buttons to Grant/Remove 1 AP cleanly
4) Added statuses that protect against Knockdown and Chicken Form, without any other effects.
