Description
This odd contraption is a must for anti-air defense. It's tesla coil can shoot down many small airships and planes while it's duel miniguns and gunner perch can deal with infantry and lightly armoured targets while the whole thing can get over terrain easily. Perhaps doesn't provide much bang for it's buck however.
