A slightly tribal / druidic alternate skin for Oberon, themed off of my interpretation of High King Finvarra, king of the Daoine Sidhe in Irish folklore.

EDIT: Please Note! I don't think the skin *can* be implemented without the main pauldrons (ie Oberon Prime) and I don't know how the "Shoulder Antlers" (Default Oberon's default armor) can or will be handled - but the textures are there so that those options can be supported if DE ever needs them to be. I've uploaded a couple of images that represent the various possibilities.
