Affixes for Socketables (v.11)

Description
Adds additional affixes for socketables, in addition to allowing the ones that currently exist to have names to identify them.

This also includes allowing affixes to have value ranges, which means you can get good and bad value rolls, increasing the (effective) amount of affixes by a large amount
