Description
Coughing Nails - when you've just got to have a cigarette.

A SWEP of "Stogie" cigarettes from the game Deus Ex.

Features:
• Includes custom death sounds (only works for players).
• Great for second-hand smokers!
• Works perfectly as a way of postnatal abortion.

Usage:
Press M1 to smoke.
