firstly that city was made from the metal from the mechagodzilla after godzilla destroyed it

secondly sorry it looks like a t-rex, making a mecha godzilla this size with gmods physics is very difficult

No offense but this just looks like a giant metal T-rex. The mechagodzilla in the anime became it's own city cause it was made by nano-metal. But still a good try.
