Heroes Unchained 2019: Leper

Updated version of the Heroes Unchained: Leper mod by Loklin. Includes changes made to mechanics and classes by the Color of Madness Patch, as well as many new effects and stats for heroes and abilities not in the original Unchained series.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Before you comment about this mod not doing the things that it says it does, make sure you have placed the mods at the TOP of your load order. If you have it at the top of your load order and it isn't working as it says, please let me know and I will fix it.

Non-extensive list of changes:


-DODGE reduced, added base PROT at higher armor levels

-Move resist slightly increased

-New passive: Some of the Leper's attacks inflict blight or do more DMG to blighted targets

-Chop
   -Now inflicts a blight chance debuff
   -Now does increased DMG to blighted targets

-Hew
   -DMG increased to -40%
   -Now inflicts a weak blight and blight debuff

-Purge
   -Can now be used from position 2 again

-Intimidate
   -Can now target positions 1 and 2 or 3 and 4
   -Now also lowers enemy ACC
