Heroes Unchained 2019: Plague Doctor

Updated version of the Heroes Unchained: Plague Doctor mod by Loklin. Includes changes made to mechanics and classes by the Color of Madness Patch, as well as many new effects and stats for heroes and abilities not in the original Unchained series.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Before you comment about this mod not doing the things that it says it does, make sure you have placed the mods at the TOP of your load order. If you have it at the top of your load order and it isn't working as it says, please let me know and I will fix it.

Non-extensive list of changes:


-DODGE reverted to pre-CoM

-Minimum DMG slightly increased at later weapon levels

-New passive: All of the plague doctors blights now last longer than blights from other heroes

-Noxious Blast
   -Can now target position 3

-Incision
   -Now does 30% increased DMG to blighted targets

-Battlefield Medicine
   -Now heals slightly more at all ranks

-Emboldening Vapours
   -Now targets all allied heroes
   -DMG and SPD buffs reduced to 7/9/11/13/15 and 1/2/2/3/3

-Disorienting Blast
   -Disorient and stun chance increased by 10% at all ranks
