REQUIRES WORLD'S FAIR DLC!

She is the beautiful ice cream princess of Ice Cream Mountain, and is the Ice Queem's niece! Having almost the opposite characteristics than the Evil Sour Box Dog, she shares all of her sweetness around the whole of Ice Cream Mountain, making sure everyone is happy! :D
