Anyways, while I wouldn't be against it, I would advise against using this particular port of the model since it doesn't maintain the original rigging or whatever else wasn't necessary for a port to L4D2.
I'd recommend using either the upload from The Models Resource or the version from this Garry's Mod ragdoll pack if you're gonna animate it in Source in particular.
I should probably redo it to address several flaws.
