I HAD SO MUCH FUN DOING THIS! You need the Decent Dehicle addon + the Speed Hunters Nissan 2000GTR (9, to be exact).

TO START:
1: place a decent vehicle NPC in each car (unless you want to race), front row to back row
2: after all 8 or 9 NPC drivers are driving ok, hop in to your car (or not) and race! (or just watch, but thats still fun!)
