Oh youre not alone. I had the same problem but it was a plane so i realized fast that the copied sign was flipping around inside of it.

I have a SWCG cutter comming out soon! (SWCG stands for StormWorks Coast Guard) I know that stormworks is one word but SWCG sounds better than SCG

I once did a thing like this but forgot to merge it! it kept sinking and sinking over and over again and I was soooo confused. It took me 2 hours to realize that there was a giant hole in the side and an entire compartment was in the water floating like nothing was wrong. What I do when I make ships is I build them in several parts then merge them togeather to make a large ship.
