Description
Yuji Nagata has a background in MMA, and uses his shoot fighting experience in the ring. Nagata utilizes multiple submissions to wear down his opponents.

Nagata has been a star in Japan for decades, and he is a 2-time IWGP Heavyweight Champion. Nagata's first reign lasted 392 days and he defended the title a then-record 10 times successfully.

US fans may remember Nagata from his time wrestling for WCW from 1997-1998, where he was managed by Sonny Onoo.
