Description
Ever wanted your space commies to have evolutionary parnets in crime? Me too! Sadly, Paradox made it so that Syncretic Evolution was incompatible with Shared Burdens. This mod fixes that.

No files are overwritten, and only the Syncretic Evolution civic is edited.

the only reason they did this was because of balance with being authriatrion and haveing thouse two civics but then they would have made the game mod incompatible hu

Consider making this into a new Civic that only works with Shared Burdens. That would maximize Mod compatibility.
