The Tortoise is the 2nd Hover Vessel in the Nexus Space Industries Line to be put into service under NSI.

This is the first hover vessel designed for the NSI to mine the minerals from the ground. With it's 4 drill modules in the front it can mine any ore it finds. Sadly because of it's design this HV doesn't have a detector. Our top engineers are working on the problem as we speak.

This HV comes with the new alpha 9 Cargo module system.
