Locust (Level 12 Outpost)

A favorite of space cowboys, smugglers, and scoundrels of all sorts.

Equally suited to serving as either a mid-game mining and fabrication facility that can grow with you, or as a secondary base to lay low for a while on a secluded alien planet.

*An open-concept facility with ease of access to hangar, food prep, and fabrication devices.

*Solid concrete construction along with standard dual flak cannons keep the drones and "other interested parties" at bay.

*Fully enclosed roof-access hangar keeps your SV secure at all times

Please note this design does not currently use the container system required for Alpha 9 volume/weight since it is not yet fully implemented in-game, but I will update when it is.
