Rogue Servitor Ecumenopolis

This is a rather small mod that allows Rogue Servitors the access to Ecumenopolis worlds.

However, I did add few features to make it more than just Ecumenopolis for Machine Intelligences.
Only Rogue Servitors can use these, and they get a special District, called "Sanctuary Arcology", which is like a slightly stronger Sanctuary Paradise. It also adds a new colony type, which applies to anywhere, and the colony type is called "Sanctuary World", and it increases amenities by 10%.

This mod should actually be compatible with most mods, except those that modify the ascension perk itself.
