Description
So yea, just a speedboat. The engine power is on a slider and is visually represented by that steering hinge. So, in other words, it works quite like a boat.

Controls:
Up to increase engine thrust
Down to decrease engine thrust
Left and right to steer
F for cameras (first person and true tracking)
