Colorlicious Glowing

A while ago an update to the game removed the ability to add glow to a skin while using a specific skybox that was really popular at the time, i have removed that skybox in favor for one that allows glow, it doesnt look as nice but its worth it for the cool glow effect. Thats the main change, however i also changed some other minor things!

Current chages:
-spent 2 mins in photoshop to make the workshop image look more glowy. im lazy.
-replaced skybox
-removed the low intensity color of litterally black (cant see without increased gamma!) to something a tad bit brighter.
-removed unneccicary files and images from skin folder
-changed a few more track colors
-slightly reduced ammount of floating particles
-slightly increased blur intensity whern going s u p e r s p e e d. not by much as it was already pretty high.
