Not actual HECU. It's an retexture of an existing swat model ,which is from also a modder community run by Payday2 customization enthusiasts : )

@NCR Trooper actually I did try make a German soldat replacement for Coach,but the result look awful,so I just put that away.But you reminded me of this good idea.
