RRV-TS80 Rapid Response Litorral Boat (ADVANCED)

Description
Needing a boat that gets the job done in a snap? Looking for a speed demon that acts as a rescue vessel and a chick-magnet during off-duty hours? This is the one for you! The Rapid Response Vessel Turboshaft 80 (RRV-TS80) is able to go from full-stop to planing in a blistering 3.6 seconds (100% throttle and dumping clutch) with turbines roaring at a top speed of roughly 85 knots! This vessel is also perfect for litorral operations as she has a nice, low draft of one meter! Even at a full plane, you can still turn relatively sharp like a racing quadcopter! Comes complete with a galley, dining table, cargo hold, bathroom, emergency room, and an APU accompanied with an emergency battery. Not to mention the turbines have a fire suppression package (manual activation required)! Best part is that the interior is air-conditioned! A special safety feature of our vessel is, under power, that it is able to self-right when submerged. When you are submerged, keep applying power and the ship will self-right and power out. This beautiful vessel is also capable of maintaining speed head-on with 50% waves!

Normal Starting Procedures:
Turn Port and Starboard turbines cut-offs ON
Hold down both starters (Q & E keys can be used individually) and keep holding them down until engines start (30 RPM)
Once engines start, you can release starter buttons or keep holding until 100 RPM for faster starting (For emergency response, be sure to have throttle at 0.3 at the helm.)

Emergency Procedures:
(NO POWER FOR STARTING (ship batteries at or below 0.8, Low power lights on and buzzer going off))
Go over to APU Panel in control room
Ensure that ship power circuit break is set to OFF
Turn emergency battery circuit breaker to ON
Set APU throttle to 0.4 or 0.5
Hold APU starter until engine is started (listen!)
Once started and emergency battery is recharged, set the emergency battery circuit breaker to OFF and set ship power to ON
Recharge ship batteries to 0.75 or more and start both turbines
Once running, turn off APU by setting throttle on the APU to 0.

(TURBINE FIRE)
Set the burning turbine's cut-off to OFF
Turn on the fire-suppression system's lock-out, two buttons above should unlock and dial should glow.
Turn on respective pump for burning turbine
Once fire is put out, IMMEDIATELY turn off pump and set the lock-out to OFF as the fire retardant tank cannot recharge.

(SUBMERGED WHILE MOVING UNDER WAVES / TSUNAMI)
Throttle set to 1
Clutch set to 1
DO NOT TOUCH RUDDERS (dunno what it would do, I don't touch them)

(AIRBORN)
Throttle less than 0.7
Rudders can be utilized for roll control

(CAPSIZED)
Survive. That jetboat you just drove is S.O.L.

WARRANTY VOID IF CAUGHT SURFING ON A TSUNAMI

Dont see why you would need to turn the turbines off to go do something, just bring them back to idle and they'll just sip on fuel.

@zero keep cranking? Otherwise use the APU to generate more power

If I turn the engines off to do something, when I come back I can't start it again cause the Turbine RPMs don't get high enough... can you help? Otherwise great boat!
