Better Oil

Description
Similar to my Better Iron mod, this increases the frequency of oil spawns in the world. This makes oil spawn 2x as frequently in sand and 1.5x as frequently in the sea.

@Faysal That's not a problem with this mod; I don't touch any of the technology tables, just the spawning rules.

Hello, this mod made civs have oil in the classical era. Its broken.

@GroBoiD Some people have been commenting on Better Iron that it wasn't working with GS, and since Better Oil uses the exact same method, that's probably the problem. Unfortunately, I don't own GS, so I can't fix it.

28 oil at big-10-players map. Sense it doesnt work for me (all DLC) ( a lot of mods, but nothnig about resource spawn except "better iron")
