What does this mod do?

LJHA adds in a new message type that shows up under the following conditions:

free jobs on any of your planets is less than or equal to 2 (may reduce to 1)
free housing on any of your planets is less than or equal to 2 (may reduce to 1)
the planet does NOT have population growth controls on

it checks yearly for the above conditions.

reasoning for this is in many games your empire becomes so big it becomes impossible to manage every single planet and keep track of how many free jobs and housing there is. This mod does that for you, allowing you plentiful time to act on low job slots and low housing.

Compatability
BUILT IN COMPATIBILITY WITH AT WAR PLANETARY CANNONS

overwrites message_types.txt in /common/ any mod that overwrites the same file will require a compatibility patch. please let me know of any that will need one!

It is recommended to run this alongside mods that increase growth speed

If you do make it dependent on the job/housing types make it ignore upper class. It's very hard to create upper class jobs and the few options that exist are very situational. If you have unemployed rich people it's better if they demote.

Does this mod give separate warnings for Drone Jobs vs Bio-Trophy Jobs, for Rogue Servitor empires?

@Starfoth: Keep in mind that building a new building whenever a position opens up is NOT recommended! Your pops want to work in buildings over working in districts. You'll get starved for Credits/Minerals/Food/Amenities.
