@Ritalio Currently i'm still trying to figure out which Sounds are used for Whitaker so I Could Replace them with the ones used in the ad as it seems Valve Dumped a ton of Unused Sounds in the original File, But Yes the Voice Mod portion of this is still in the works! :)
