TopHat's France (Louis XI)

Adds the Kingdom of France, led by Louis XI, to the game as a custom civilization. Does not replace Napoleon's France. Requires Brave New World.

UNIQUE ABILITY: THE UNIVERSAL SPIDER

When spying on a City, gain Production in your Capital whenever that city trains a unit; if you own said City, the unit also begins with +15 XP. Gain a Spy in the Medieval Era.

UNIQUE UNIT: ÉCORCHEUR

Replaces the Pikeman. +20% Combat Strength when within three tiles of a friendly Spy. Yields a burst of Gold when capturing a city you're spying on.

UNIQUE BUILDING: TENNIS COURT

Replaces the Zoo. Gives newly trained units 3 XP for each civilian trained in its city (max. 5, for 15 XP).
