Adds the Rashtrakuta Empire, led by Amoghavarsha I, to the game as a custom civilization. Requires Brave New World.

UNIQUE ABILITY: ROYAL PATH FOR POETS

Cities producing at least 4 Faith per turn generate points per turn toward a random cultural Great Person. Happiness buildings contain a slots for Great Works of Art.

UNIQUE UNIT: STHIRABHUTA KATAKA

Replaces the Pikeman. +5% Combat Strength (max. +20%) for each Great Work in the city where it was trained. Generates Golden Age points from kills.

UNIQUE IMPROVEMENT: BASADI

Unlocked at Theology. Must be built on Hills, and not adjacent to another Basadi. Generates +2 Golden Age Points, as well as +2 Culture after researching Archaeology. During Golden Ages, generates Faith for each Great Work in the nearest owned city.
