United Cities Starts

Description
Adds a few Empire starts for roleplay reasons.

-UC Samurai (starts in Stoat, 1 Samurai and 1 Slave)

-Empire Peasant(starts in a random town of the UC, 5 Peasants)

-Traders Guild Caravan(starts in Trader's Edge, 1 Caravan trader Boss, between 3-6 Caravan Guards and 1-3 Pack Beasts)

-Slave Traders(starts in a random Slave Trader Outpost, 4 Slaver, 1 Slaver Boss, 1 Slaver Heavy Guard and 3 Slaves)

-Empire Noble (starts in Clownsteady, 1 Noble and 3 Guards)

If there are any Bugs please write it down in the comments so I can fix it! <3
