Improved Crime Syndicate

Description
This mods attempts to more agressivelt balance Crime Syndicates in their favor. Right now they are shutdown hard with little effort by the player/AI. Now every Crime Syndicate building generates more crimes, and the following 5 building now provide a crime generator multiplier: Pirate Haven, Underground Clubs, Syndicate Outreach Office, Illicit Research Labs, and Smuggling Rings. I see no problem with this lore wise, nor does it balance them unfavorably. This provides a path to focus on crime generation. In addition, the Temple for Prosperity now also generates crime if you are a Crime Sindicate.

No vainilla files where overriden in the creation of this mod, but every Crime Building & the Temple of Prosperity are overriden with my own versions.

Any chance of Temple of Prosperity getting a facelift and renamed under Subversive Cults to make it more sinister and RP-friendly? :)

Aggg. How do you guys keep finding my mods. I just uploaded it today to test it.
Anyways, I might have to change the name. Its more "Improved Criminal Syndicate". I'm attemting to balance all their buidlings to require a more concentrated effor by the AI/Player to eridicate crime. All building for a Branch Office got their crime generator increased, and the Smuggling Ring now provided a crime multipler. And the Temple for Prosperity now also generates crime if you are a crime sindicate
