Halo 3 Plasma Pistol

Description
Based on the Halo 3 version of the Plasma Pistol

Press and Release left mouse to fire
Repeated firing will make the pistol overheat
Hold and Release left mouse to Charge and Fire
Charging is purely cosmetic, the gun will not emp vehicles
Pistol will always cool down after a charge

Cooling animation may occasionally not play
