Adds Namibia, led by Jacob Morenga, to the game as a custom civilization. Requires Brave New World.

UNIQUE ABILITY: THE LAND GOD MADE IN ANGER

Gain Faith when an enemy unit dies in your borders. Units from nations at war with Namibia take attrition damage on your Pillaged tiles and unimproved Desert.

UNIQUE UNIT: OX RIDER

Replaces the Cavalry. Cheaper to produce, and does not require Horses. Begins with the Heavy Charge promotion, forcing defenders to retreat if they take more damage than the Ox Rider.

UNIQUE BUILDING: KHAUXA!NAS

Replaces the Castle. Allows Citadels in its city to perform ranged attacks if built on flat Desert, Snow, or Tundra. Forts on the aforementioned terrains become sources of fresh water.
