Original Cold Stream intro music restored

Description
This Mod replaces the Cold Stream intro with it's original music file "Intro_cs", that is left unused in the game files.

This music file was used when Cold Stream was in development back in 2013.


You can listen to the isolated track on The cutting room floor for L4D2: https://tcrf.net/Left_4_Dead_2 under unused music.

This sounds pretty good actually, it fits the unfamiliar atmosphere
