!Gwens additional playstyles/ dyson swarm comp. patch

Description
Compatibility patch for my mod "dyson Swarm - colonizing Space" and "Gwens additional playsyles". This patch makes the spaceborn buildings available on dyson swarms if you pick the spaceborn civic. The civic also unlocks cheaper construction of dyson swarms now.
