Description
Fire:
20x spread
0.25x damage
10x faster fire extinguish

Fire alarm is Incursus saying everything is on fire and then saying fire multiple times

Devices:
sign that says "everything" so "everything" can be on fire (has 10 storage of each type of resource)
Huge sign that says "everything is on fire!" to state what will happen to your base (has 10 storage of each type of resource)
