Since I live in Indiana, and due to the fact there isn't a detailed pack for ISP, I thought I would take it into my own hands to make a pack.

The last few pictures are what the pack is based off of.

I did not make the skins, only the photon.

Go check out my buddy( https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/id/tjjray ) who makes skins for the photon I make. He made the CVPI skin by the way!

The decal on the Crown Vic is wrong also you forgot to add the decal on the hood for the Vic also
