Covenater class Heavy Cruiser (VAN)

The Covenator class is an enhanced version of the Boise class cruiser, with an extention of the aft Engineering section, as well as an enhanced armament layout. These ships were distinct enough to be considered a new class of ship, and were the first ships to be considered heavy enough for the Heavy Cruiser classification, if only by a slight margin.
