DJ Emz UK Places 2019 - Remastered

Remade and Remastered, This is the 3rd Rendition of my UK Places Database, it should also include the latest version of my Januaryy Transfer Update as of Jan 26th.
Realistically the mod only replaces the existing local regions, towns and cities in most of UK.
Unfortunatly before support was removed for doing this i was not able to finish so adding new places is a slow process. but England alone now had 49 Local Re From Northumberland to the Isle of Man. if i remember correctly all the towns and cities existing should now be in te correct local regions as well as addition villages towns and cities i added.
The main purpose of this is to add more variety of where players come from instead of just say Swith the corrcect longitude and latitudes set you now have a better chance of getting a variety of players from a larger variety of places. for more notes please see the original build for the most part and 2018 builds for the defining changes.
