Description
Ruler agendas can now be chosen at game start for the cost of a civic point. This civic can then be discarded through government reformation as in vanilla.

Mod version: 1.0 for Stellaris 2.2.* | 2.3 compatible (should be)

Localisation:

English (Default)

Compatibility:

Vanilla files modified: common\agendas\agendas.txt

Overwrites: all vanilla agendas.

Savegame: Safe to add mid-game. Safe to remove mid-game if no player has an agenda civic.
Ironman: No iron here, only alloys.
