Hermes class Frigate (VAN)

The Hermes class is designed to be a new generation of light ships to replace the Titan class frigate, and suppliment the Zeus class Frigate Destroyer. These ships are built to be both very reliable ,and cheaper than a regular Titan class. As such, these can be built on an almost two for one basis, while this is offset by the relative lack of versatility due to their design philosophy.
