[F:NV] Caesars New Regime - NPCs

Description
Adds in the Prime Legionaire, the Veteran Legionaire, the Assassin, and the Vexillarius as NPCs.

Please don't ask for free Commissions, I do things I like and it's not easy to get this sort of time on my hands, though if I can get a small return then i will try, but i won't take every job.

I may add the rest of the Legionairres in a second part, and I may add more NPCs.

@lil dave I know what you mean, got tired of having to find weird solutions, i may work to finish out the last of the Legionairres in this pack if i get the time on my hands. But I am loving these guys so far.

How convenient, I installed that mod not too long ago, makes me pray that the NCR rearm mod makes the NCR at least SOMEWHAT viable against the legion, cuz damn does this mod make them stronger.

Models shouldn't T-Pose anymore, they're all updated to the same version i'm using.
