The Rl-13 is a racing boat designed for the French community's race on February 1st.
It has a maximum speed of 330Knots.

this literally broke the record of the
"Hydroplane speed racing boat" by Xcinos
"Offshore speed racing boat" by Xcinos
"SBS STINGRAY Mk.III Jet Speedboat" by ElfBossHogg
and other speed/jet boats.
this thing's full speed is 650-800?!??!
The Hydroplane speed racing boat's full speed was 165 knots
The Offshore speed racing boat's full speed is 126 knots
The SBS STINGRAY Mk.III Jet Speedboat's full speed is 105 knots
And the other speed/jet boat's only reach 75-95 knots
