Add a new unit to every faction: The scout.
This unit is quite weak, but get a bigger vision radius, good movement, is stealthy and is very cheap.

The scoot you'll get is dependent on your militia.
Each faction scout get a small bonus:

Allayi:
Shifting nature

Ardent Mages:
Ardent Fire
Can use the Dust Eclipse effect

Broken Lords:
Regenerate like any Broken Lords
Can use the Dust Eclipse effect

Cultists:
Minor Faction Slayer level 2

Drakken:
Fast Learner level 1
Group Cohesion level 1

Forgottens:
Faster Pillage level 1

Kapaku:
Inner Fire

Morgawr:
Amphibious

Mykara:
Fungal Bloom Regen
Block level 1

Necrophage:
Disease
Disease Immunity

Roving Clan:
Charge level 2

Vaulter/Mezary:
Technolover

Wild Walker:
Forest Rage
