Description
Playing solo and find yourself locked in a cage, and can't get out? Too bad! There's no slaver coming to release you.

Wait, didn't I hide some lock picks in my samurai bun? I did! Yes!

I found myself in this situation, and the skill to get out for my just started slave was too low. No slaver was coming to release me, so I created this mod. It changes the base percentage to pick a lock from 5 to 0. It may be cheaty, but I wanted to "play on," and not reload a previous save. Here I share it with you.

@Theo, the vanilla base percent is 5. I drop it to 0, so you can pick any lock.

Wait do u mean it changes the base percent to 5 FROM 0?
