Well, it is a very good question. To be honest i never made counting test about this. And I don't know how works this asset with Pedestrian Roads. I'am on a CS break, i didn't buy this DLC so far.

Can this work with Pedestrian Roads?

Do pedestrians/bikers just not pay tolls? Still learning, and love the assets.
