Operation Trebuchet Balance Mod

Description
This mod overhauls OPTRE to be more inline with vanilla+ACE. Most of the guns retain their original properties to maintain the Halo feel. The properties of the ammunition are the main change used to balance each weapon.

Note that you should assume all tracer rounds to have also been changed unless specifically noted otherwise.
MA5 series: 7.62x51 >> 5.56x45
BR55: 9.5x40 >> 6.5x39
M73: 9.5x40 >> 6.5x39
M6 series: 12.7x40 >> 9x51

M392 + M393 aifirerate implemented to have a delay in between shots so they don't burn all of their ammo in seconds.

Reduced M52A body armor to default BLUFOR "Carrier Lite" values.
Reduced M52A Soft body armor to default BLUFOR "Tactical Vest" values.
Reduced M52D body armor to default BLUFOR "Carrier Rig" values.

Reduced CH252, ECH252, and CH252A helmet armor to default BLUFOR "Combat Helmet" values.
Reduced CH252D helmet armor to default BLUFOR "Enhanced Combat Helmet" values.
Reduced the Innie URF helmet to the BLUFOR "Combat Helmet" values.

The sniper rifle had the biggest nerf. It used to fire at 5,000 m/s, or mach 14.
All sniper bullets: muzzle velocity reduced to mach 4.26, or 1,450 m/s. Added air friction and gravity.
APFSDS: does double the damage of a .50
HVAP: does the same damage of a .50, and is lighter weight than APFSDS. Cannot pierce as much.
HEDP: muzzle velocity is mach 3, at 1020 m/s. Explosion hits a 4 meter radius. Very low caliber. Also very heavy

Added parachute to pelican vehicle drop when above 20 meters.
Pelican can now pick up the Badger IFV.

APFSDS don't work well in rifled guns. Probably should stick to tanks or specialty guns.

Just to throw in variety. You don't need to pretend that innies won't have 500 year-old gear. It's just for fun, not some sort of lore-accurate logic to anything here.

Why would you be using vanilla assets anyways? This is composite armor that ruins the effectiveness of any 500 year old weaponry that has vastly inferior bullet effectiveness, and materials.
