SW Species (random spawn) 2.2

The updated version didnt allow custom empires and random nations to spawn with the Star Wars races. I only fixed that by deleting a small portion of the code without any modding knowledge. If you find any errors or bugs with the models themselves please comment them under the updated version by Crichton.
