Improved Flame Bracers

This mod improves the Flame Bracers in many ways:

• Primary shoots more fire balls (amount of projectiles can be upgraded, see Ice Amulet)
• Primary mana cost increased
• New Secondary uniques:
- Without unique → regular fire wall
- Unique 1 → Secondary no longer summons a fire wall, but a pyre
- Unique 2 → Secondary briefly fears enemies
