Description
Brings the fire rate of the rifle back to the alpha days. (half of current)

Doubles the damage and halves the magazine size for consistency with vanilla ttk.

It may even improve server performance and feedback!

Should be? I don't think nin would have changed how rifles work but I am not entirely certain.
