Description


Welcome to Castle Paccatum.

In the year 2110, Sam "Serious" Stone was sent by EDF HQ to a recently discovered location in Europe for a top-secret operation. The main objective is to find and rescue any remaining EDF survivors in the Fields of Paccatum. The primary issue is its' superstitious reputation, as it was known that a cult of religious people that once lived here didn't have any contact with the outside world whatsoever, and they were very strict to sticking to their traditions and attending their ceremonies.

EDF HQ isn't able to teleport Sam any closer to his point of destination, as it is flooded with Mental's forces, so he has to fight his way through hordes of them.

Let us hope that it is not yet too late and that the cult didn't do anything bad to themselves or to others already. Paccatum stands to Sin anyway...

I made this map with Cyborg in free time when i was on session at the University. It was really nervous, so i had to chill a bit and, instead of playing games, made this thing.

It's a pretty short medieval-talos-styled map, where you will encounter some questionable battles involving strategies to take the enemy down. Contains some custom weapons from workshop, and involves few interesting new enemies.

CREDITS:
- Danny X for New Enemy and some assets ;)
- Cyborg as co-author for cutscenes, creating the mini-boss, testing and minor fixes
- Solais for actually giving the idea of "making the co-op map in style of Defence Thyself one"

Green grenade biomechs and arachnoids are so f*cking annoying bro. Balance at start location isn't great at all. Map style and spider boss are good. 6/10
